Refiny EMF-i Drive

EMF-i drive heating equipment is a unit that converts electrical energy into heat using electromagnetic EMF. The AC input power (220V/380V/415V/660V, 50/60Hz) is converted into the direct current through the rectifier circuit, and then the direct current is changed to high-frequency alternating current, The frequency ranges between 5-30kHZ. The alternating magnetic field is created when a high-frequency alternating current is delivered to the EMF coil, it penetrates the objects (iron, cobalt, nickel, and other metals having magnetic permeability) to allow generating eddy currents. Heat is produced where these eddy currents flow, that is, inside the object. Through the inducting heating process, metals can be heated rapidly and efficiently.

Currently, plastic processing machinery mainly uses resistance heating elements which can produce a large amount of heat radiated to the surroundings. Induction heating is an ideal alternative to solve this issue.
